Fake Vet And Owner Arrested For Performing Illegal C-Section On Dog and Post Video On TikTok

Larry Colon, who has Lyla, the French bulldog, is accused of paying an unlicensed man named Frankie Huertas Rivera to perform a cesarean section on his dog, and posting the video on TikTok, according to authorities in Florida.

Rivera is also accused of performing a caesarean section on the dog to remove the puppies from inside her.

Colón said he was told Rivera was a licensed veterinarian, and was paid $650. Unfortunately, Lila died of septic shock, according to the animal hospital, Colon took her there to treat her but it was too late. Unfortunately, she died along with two unborn puppies inside of her who also died.

Colon is facing animal cruelty charges, but is out of bond. On the other hand, Rivera is facing charges of unlicensed veterinary practice and animal cruelty.
